Deciding which G Plan Sofa to choose, whether that be a 2 Seater Sofa, 3 Seater Sofa or Modular Sofa, really depends on the amount of space you have to play with. A Compact Sofa works best in a smaller space, whilst a Corner Sofa is ideal for a bigger room. What is the average size of a 2 Seater and 3 Seater Sofa? 

2 Seater Sofa and 3 Seater Sofa sizes vary depending on the model. All G Plan Sofas, including our 2 Seater Sofa and 3 Seater Sofa models, have dimension diagrams on each listing. For example, an Ellis Small 2 Seater Sofa is 107cm high x 170cm wide x 106cm deep and an Monza 3 Seater Sofa is 102cm high x 195cm wide by 98cm deep. These are included so you can get a true depiction of what Sofa model will best fit into your living space.

What size Sofa Bed do I need?

At G Plan, we offer a generously sized Sofa Bed. Acting as a very comfortable 3 Seater Sofa by day and transforming into a King Size Sofa Bed by night, our Sofa Bed is ideal for small living spaces. A Sofa Bed can also transform a study into a last minute bedroom for unexpected guests; effortlessly folding out to provide ample sleeping space. How does a Recliner Sofa work?

Recliner Sofa models include mechanisms within the frames, to help the user adjust the Recliner Sofa seat position. This can be done using a handle on Manual Recliner Sofa models, or a button on Power Recliner Sofa models. Some Power Recliner Sofa models also come with USB charging ports and Headrest and Lumbar support options. Available in 2 Seater, 2.5 Seater and 3 Seater Recliner Sofas.

How much clearance does a Recliner Sofa need?

The amount of clearance a Recliner Sofa requires is dependent on the shape and size of Sofa model. For example, a G Plan Kingsbury 3 Seater Double Power Recliner Sofa requires 75mm clearance between the Recliner Sofa and the wall behind it.
