Ridley is every Vintage lover’s dream. Cool, compact and comfy. What’s not to love? We know how hard it can be to style a Sofa though, so we want to make things a little easier and show you how we got this bright, retro Ridley look!

Ridley

For this room, we opted for a Grand Ridley in our Linea Balm Fabric.  The cool, dusky neutral tones of Linea Balm complement the bright yellow tones of this retro room perfectly. And the warm neutral flecks running throughout the Fabric bring a little more calm into this otherwise bold space.

The Scatters

For an impactful and bold look, there’s no better Scatters than ours in Plush Turmeric. Plush Turmeric is the ultimate yellow Fabric, the bright, slightly warm yellow is comforting and fun! Plus, our Plush Fabrics are velvety soft, you’ll want to lounge all day.

The Footstool

The Lamp

 

One of our favourite ways to make a room special is through unique and quirky accessories. This lamp is just that, full of charm and unique character. With a curved wooden stand and a crinkled shade, you won’t find anything else like this lamp on the market. We love the way the neutral lampshade complements our Linea Balm Fabric.

The Wallpaper

For a fun accent wall, we used this wallpaper from John Lewis, the geometric pattern gives the space a modern edge whilst still complimenting the retro elements through the warm yellow colours.

The Table

 

Your living room table doesn’t have to be boring. For this table, we went full retro. To offset the structured lines and shapes of the wallpaper, a smooth, curved round table is perfect. The spherical table legs are sure to be a talking point when you have guests over as they’re so unique.

The Rug

To tie it all together, we love this rug from Jane Clayton. The gradient from black to yellow ties the tones of the table with the Scatters in Plush Turmeric and the neutral transition shade matches Linea Balm brilliantly.
