We are looking for a QHSE Administrator to join our G Plan Compliance team.

As a key member of our Compliance function, you will work alongside your operational and commercial colleagues in our purpose-built Wiltshire head office and manufacturing facility.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will provide administrative support in respect of testing, records, data and standards.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the:

  1. Administration and coordination of the company’s program of component testing to demonstrate due diligence and compliance to the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations.
  2. Assisting the QHSE Advisor with the administration of production batches.
  3. Administration and control of testing carried out by customers and suppliers of component materials, including the retention of records, to demonstrate required performance levels and compliance to the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations.
  4. Collation and processing of quality data, from inside and outside the company, and generation of regular reports.
  5. Uploading compliance certification to Retailer’s portals and due diligence.
  6. Administration and control of master quality records and forms and oversee the completion and retention of records within the Quality Department.
  7. Other administration and duties as required to support the Compliance Manager.

Key skills required within this role are:

  • Previous experience within a similar administrative role.
  • IT literacy, a proficient user of Excel.
  • Pro-active self-starter who enjoys taking initiative.
  • Excellent people skills, great communicator, team player.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and flexible.
  • Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Used to working to tight deadlines.

Hours of work are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00 am – 12:00 noon Friday.
