Customer Services Advisor
Hours: 9:00-5:00 Monday - Friday
We currently have a great opportunity to join our Customer Services Team. As a Customer Services Advisor you will strive to champion the G Plan brand and our core values to ensure customer service levels that exceed expectations.
Within this busy and varied role candidate will be required to:
- Promote and maintain a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Answer telephone calls and emails from retailers and customers in a professional and timely manner, adhering to service level agreements.
- Ownership and resolution of complaints and enquiries within agreed timescales whilst delivering first class customer service.
- When required process orders onto the system accurately and in accordance with agreed guidelines, giving consideration to credit limits, production dates, capacity issues and pricing queries.
- Update customers on the progress of orders.
- Ensure contacts are updated and logged onto AX. Work to achieve first time fix on initial contacts.
- General administration tasks as required.
- Previous experience within a similar customer facing role.
- Friendly, polite and professional telephone manner.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent administration skills and the ability to multi task.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
