Reporting to the Retail & Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter who is happy to get stuck in. A team player with resilience and a flexible approach, you will have excellent attention to detail and proven administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating the stock system on the website, ensuring all stock sheets are processed quickly and accurately
  • Completing the weekly web and stock updates
  • Administering weekly mail for Territory Sales Managers and Directors movements sheets
  • Administering all postcard, tag and swatch requests to retailers and Territory Sales Managers
  • Assisting the Retail & Marketing Operations Manager with all swatching administration and packaging and posting requirements
  • Assisting the Retail & Marketing Operations Manager with any new model process administration and management of new stockists
  • Answering the marketing phoneline, handling queries and transferring calls
  • Maintaining an up-to-date stock list for all marketing materials in all storage areas.

Candidates will need to have good attention to detail as there is a lot of data input.  Other requirements are strong excel and word skills, along with an excellent telephone manner.  You will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get involved with some practical, physical activities as well as you will be asked to physically pick/pack samples of fabrics, point of sale material, etc.  Candidates that can drive would also be preferable as you will need to drive to our storage facilities.
