Customer order update

We have been continuing to work hard over recent months to ensure all of our customers receive their new furniture as soon as possible. We recognise lead times are longer than is usual, and this is due to the unprecedented increase in demand for furniture. In the last few weeks, we have experienced a significant amount of Covid related absence in our supply chain, production and customer support teams. Sadly, this has had an impact on our ability to make all of our planned pre-Christmas orders.  Our retailers have been advised of these delays so will be making contact with you if your order is affected. Please accept our apologies for any delays. Our teams are working tirelessly to deliver as many orders as possible before the end of the year. We thank you for your continued patience.
