Delivery Lead Times

G Plan delivery lead times are published weekly based on detailed information available at the time of order. From the time of placing an order, to the planned time of delivery we may experience changes to this information as a result of our employees being required to isolate, or delays in our supply chain due to raw materials shortages/isolation of their employees. Whilst these changes are out of our control and may happen at short notice, please rest assured that we do everything possible to minimise the impact on our customers. If a delay to your stated lead time becomes unavoidable, we will communicate this to your retailer at the earliest opportunity.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to our customers and ask you to bear with us through this challenging period.
